Tekna - Comprehensive optimisation of IT and SaaS portfolio

With over 200 employees scattered at branches across the country, the trade union Tekna was able to realise great potential with Otheo.

Tekna is a trade union for 115,000 scientists, technologists and students, working for safe working conditions, expertise and learning. They are over 200 employees with district offices spread across the country.

As a member organisation with many employees and complex IT needs, Tekna lacked a unified platform to manage all IT and licensing costs. Cost allocation was fragmented, renewals were followed up manually and it was difficult to identify overlapping tools and unnecessary expenses. Especially with the number of members doubling in a few years, licence management has become more demanding, requiring a more structured approach.
